Gaza: (RightNow) Israeli military attacks continue in Gaza despite a ceasefire. Recent strikes have resulted in 6 more Palestinian deaths.

The eastern Bureij and Maghazi refugee camps in Gaza were targeted. According to Palestinian sources, 1400 Palestinians have been killed since the attacks began.

Gaza’s Ministry of Health reports an increase in airstrikes and shootings post-ceasefire. In January 2026, over 100 Palestinians were killed in a single night.

These attacks have severely impacted Gaza’s infrastructure. Approximately 2.1 million people have been displaced and are living in temporary shelters.

It is noteworthy that Israeli bombings began after Hamas attacked southern Israel on October 7, 2023, resulting in Israeli casualties as well.
