Islamabad: (RightNow) The Anti-Terrorism Court held a hearing for the case against Eman Mazari and Hadi Ali Chattha. Judge Tahir Abbas Supra supervised the proceedings.

Dr. Shireen Mazari, lawyer Aimal Khan Mandokhail, Zainab Janjua, and others appeared in court. Prosecutor Raja Naveed was also present.

Zainab Janjua informed the court that Eman and Hadi face issues with document access and meeting facilities. The court summoned prosecution witnesses on October 9.

The court charged Eman Mazari and Hadi Ali Chattha despite objections, ordering appearances via video.

It is noteworthy that in the barrier removal case against Eman Mazari and Hadi Ali Chattha, there was a demand to fulfill legal requirements.
