Peshawar: (RightNow) PTI Khyber Pakhtunkhwa spokesperson Shaukat Yousafzai claims federal ministers are responsible for failed negotiations. The government withdrew despite 99% consensus, and more time could have resolved the remaining issues.

Yousafzai stated that allegations against PTI for facilitation are baseless. He challenged anyone with evidence against any leader to present it. He argued that the country’s economy wasn’t destroyed by the long march but by the government’s failed economic policies.

He urged the implementation of the 2025 APC declaration. He emphasized that the KP government never refused cooperation in eradicating terrorism. He considered emergency or governor rule an insult to the province’s mandate.

Yousafzai further expressed hope that the Governor House won’t become a hub of conspiracies. He urged the government to start uninterrupted negotiations with the opposition. Ministers suggesting governor rule aim to lead the government into a dead end.

It is noteworthy that Shaukat Yousafzai has demanded Imran Khan’s meeting, hospital transfer, and expedited hearing of his cases. He insists on compliance with the High Court and Supreme Court orders.
