Trump claims leadership crisis in Iran, questions who is in control amid ongoing conflict.
Washington: (RightNow) U.S. President Donald Trump questions Iran’s leadership, stating no one knows who is running the country.
Trump informed journalists that 8 months have passed since the war began, and Iran’s leaders have been killed. Other leadership groups are also missing, creating a leadership crisis.
He stated that Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei was eliminated on February 28, the first day of the U.S. and Israeli attack. His son, Mojtaba Khamenei, took over but has not been seen since being injured in the attack.
Trump further mentioned that Iran’s oil supply has returned to pre-war levels. However, Iran’s economy minister is reportedly absent, causing complaints.
It is noteworthy that the leadership change and war situation in Iran have raised international concerns.
