Peshawar: (RightNow) Polling has begun for the Sarhad Chamber of Commerce and Industry elections. Forty candidates are contesting for 20 executive and corporate seats.
Voting is underway for 10 executive and 10 corporate seats. A total of 3,925 voters will elect new members for these positions.
Polling started at 8 AM and will continue until 5 PM, with a large number of voters casting their votes.
A fierce competition is ongoing between the Businessmen Forum and Peshawar Business Alliance, both claiming potential victory.
