President Trump mentioned on social media that Iran is a failing state seeking an immediate agreement. He emphasized that he will make the final decision on negotiations. Previously, he demanded compensation for the protection of the Strait of Hormuz.

Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian stated Iran will not succumb to pressure, and US sanctions aim to harm Iranian society. He mentioned that some foreign elements are trying to destabilize the country’s internal situation.

The Iranian government has requested the IAEA to investigate attacks on nuclear facilities. Iranian officials demand legal and technical investigations and accountability for those responsible.

It is noteworthy that US sanctions and naval blockades are affecting Iran’s oil exports. The head of the Iranian Atomic Energy Organization was barred from attending the Vienna meeting, prompting strong protests from Iran.
