Saudi Arabia issues emergency alert due to increased Houthi drone attack threat in multiple cities.
Riyadh: (RightNow) The threat of Houthi drone attacks has increased in several Saudi cities. Emergency warnings have been issued in Mecca, Taif, and Jeddah.
Alerts have also been issued in Abha and Khamis Mushait due to the threat. Citizens are urged to follow safety instructions.
A cabinet meeting chaired by Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman in Jeddah condemned the Houthi attacks.
Prince Mohammed bin Salman assured the protection of Saudi Arabia’s sovereignty, stating that defending the homeland is a top priority.
It is noteworthy that the Saudi cabinet also reviewed discussions with the Prime Minister of Pakistan and the head of the US Central Command.
