Barrister Gohar urges Imran Khan’s hospital transfer and seeks punishment for contempt of court.
Islamabad: (RightNow) Barrister Gohar states that those transferring Imran Khan to the hospital have committed contempt of court and should be punished.
Speaking to the media outside the Supreme Court, he mentioned that he could not meet the Chief Justice but did meet the Registrar, who assured the formation of a bench.
Barrister Gohar further stated that the PTI founder does not make deals and is only undergoing tests at the hospital. If there were any deals, the founder would not have been imprisoned for three years.
He added that Chief Minister KP Suhail Afridi is the people’s chief executive and supported by PTI. Imran Khan’s hospital transfer is his constitutional right.
It should be noted that the Supreme Court had ordered the formation of a board, which would include the PTI founder’s sister. The founder’s health should be taken seriously.
