Karachi: (RightNow) The Sindh Cabinet has approved the formation of a judicial commission to investigate the death of Mir Raza. This decision was made through circulation among cabinet members.

According to sources, a request will be made to the Chief Justice of Sindh High Court to nominate a serving judge to head the commission. The investigation will be led by a judge from the Sindh High Court.

The judicial commission will be formed under Section 3 of the Sindh Tribunals of Inquiry Ordinance 1969. The terms of reference for the commission have also been approved.

The significance of this decision lies in the public interest surrounding the Mir Raza case. The investigation is expected to ensure transparency and justice.

It is noteworthy that Mir Raza had requested a loan of 30 million rupees from Sarim Syed at midnight. The investigative team is trying to determine what happened after he was last seen.
