Applications for Hajj 2027 start tomorrow with a PKR 1.2 million package on a first-come, first-served basis.
Islamabad: (RightNow) Applications for Hajj 2027 will be accepted from August 18 instead of today. Applicants can submit their forms online or at bank branches.
According to the Ministry of Religious Affairs, only pre-registered pilgrims are eligible to apply for the government Hajj scheme. The Hajj expenses will be collected in 2 equal installments.
The quota for the government Hajj scheme is set at 107,526, while the private scheme has a quota of 71,684. The cost of the Hajj package is set at PKR 1.2 million.
Applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and will stop once the quota is filled. The ministry states that the total quota for Hajj is set at 179,210.
It is important to note that pilgrims are advised to complete all documentation before applying to avoid rejection or delays.
