Fauzia Himani successfully completes the Ironman Challenge in Ottawa, marking her fourth achievement.
Ottawa: (RightNow) Pakistani woman Fauzia Himani successfully completed the Ironman Challenge in Ottawa, Canada. Fauzia showcased her exceptional fitness by participating in the full Ironman Challenge for the fourth time.
The Ironman Challenge is considered one of the toughest endurance sports competitions globally. It includes 3.8 kilometers of swimming, 180 kilometers of cycling, and 42.2 kilometers of running.
Fauzia completed the challenge in 15 hours, 22 minutes, and 35 seconds. She finished the swimming segment in 1 hour 45 minutes, cycling in 7 hours 7 minutes, and the marathon in 6 hours 11 minutes.
Fauzia’s performance is inspiring for Pakistani women and highlights her success in the fitness domain.
It is noteworthy that Fauzia also completed the full Ironman Challenge in 2021, 2024, and 2025. Additionally, she has completed the Half Ironman Challenge five times.
