FBR to suspend online services from August 8 to 10, affecting taxpayers’ timely tasks.
Islamabad: (RightNow) The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) announces suspension of several online services from August 8 to 10 due to system maintenance.
According to FBR, the process will last from 12:30 AM on August 8 to 5 AM on August 10, during which IRIS, digital invoicing, payment, and POS registration facilities will be unavailable.
FBR spokesperson states that taxpayers will not be able to perform related services and transactions during maintenance, advising them to complete important tasks before the system shutdown.
FBR assures that all services will be restored once maintenance is complete and apologizes for the temporary disruption.
It is noteworthy that the suspension of FBR services may cause difficulties for taxpayers in timely completion of their tasks.
