New York: (RightNow) American rapper Macklemore has been removed from Ed Sheeran’s US ‘Loop Tour’ due to his pro-Palestine remarks. British singer Ed Sheeran’s tour will no longer feature Macklemore.

According to Messina Touring Group, American venues objected to Macklemore’s participation. There was a concern that the entire tour could be canceled, affecting millions of fans.

The promoter stated that consultations were held with all relevant parties, and Macklemore will not perform in the remaining support shows.

It is notable that Macklemore chanted in support of Palestine at New Jersey’s MetLife Stadium. He stated that the world has not forgotten the occupied Palestinian territories.
