Beijing: (RightNow) Chen Zhijun from Zhejiang, China, completed a journey to 233 countries over 33 years. He traveled to every corner of the world, spending over $1.5 million, equivalent to 410 million Pakistani Rupees.

The 53-year-old began his travel adventure in 1993, starting with Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand. He frequently returned to China to fulfill business responsibilities before embarking on new journeys.

During his travels, Chen faced numerous challenges, including malaria, earthquakes, and failed attempts to reach Antarctica. These experiences provided him with unique insights into extraordinary situations.

Chen’s journey was not just about tourism; he endeavored to immerse himself in local cultures. He collected currency from 198 countries and donated it to a charitable organization.

It is noteworthy that he began his travels in 1993 when the internet was not widespread, driven by a desire to see the world firsthand. Now, he plans to spend more time with his children and parents.
