Islamabad: (RightNow) Foreign ministers from 8 Islamic countries, including Pakistan, express deep concern over the humanitarian crisis in Gaza, urging Israel to fulfill its commitments. They emphasize the need for immediate and safe delivery of humanitarian aid.

Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Egypt, Jordan, UAE, Indonesia, and Qatar stress the importance of maintaining the ceasefire and ending all violations in a joint statement. The ministers also call for the complete withdrawal of Israeli forces and the deployment of an international stabilization force.

The statement condemns the forced displacement of Palestinians, settlement expansion, land seizures, and home demolitions. Islamic nations express concern over attempts to alter the historical and legal status of Jerusalem’s holy sites.
