California: (RightNow) Apple has introduced the foldable smartphone ‘iPhone Duo’ priced at $1,999. This is the company’s first foldable phone, featuring several significant changes.
The iPhone Duo boasts a 7.6-inch wide screen and is passport-sized. When closed, a small single screen is visible on the front. Apple claims this is the company’s thinnest phone.
The launch of the iPhone Duo was led by Apple’s new CEO, John Trenas. The phone is designed for business and productivity, allowing multiple app windows on its large screen.
The phone offers users the convenience of using various apps. John Trenas criticized existing foldable phones, stating that the iPhone Duo offers an iPad-like experience.
It is noteworthy that Apple’s recent fiscal year saw $209.6 billion in revenue from iPhones. The company has also introduced new AirPods and Apple Watch with significant health upgrades.
