Madrid: (RightNow) The Spanish government decides to tighten immigration laws. This decision follows the illegal entry of 60,000 migrants from Morocco into Ceuta.

According to foreign media, last month’s crisis resulted in 40 deaths. The Spanish government has announced a review of immigration and asylum laws.

Spanish Interior Minister Fernando Grande stated after a cabinet meeting that a draft amendment has been approved. These reforms aim to align the laws with European Union guidelines.
