Islamabad: (RightNow) Preparations are underway to transfer Imran Khan to Shifa International Hospital. Federal police have been alerted, and a medical team of 2 members has completed a medical examination at Adiala Jail.

Details reveal that the PTI founder’s medical team will include a cardiologist and an ophthalmologist. Shifa International’s team will examine him upon arrival. Imran Khan’s sister Dr. Uzma and personal physician Dr. Faisal supervised the jail medical examination.

Aleema Khan and Qasim Zaman are present outside Gate No. 5. Federal police have been alerted regarding the PTI founder’s hospital transfer. Personnel at Police Lines Headquarters have been ordered to remain prepared.

Sources indicate that a section of Shifa International Hospital will be declared a sub-jail. Once consultations are complete, the sub-jail notification will be issued by the Chief Commissioner of Islamabad.

It is noteworthy that in anticipation of the PTI founder’s hospital transfer, the IG Police and senior officers have arrived at Shifa International to review security arrangements.
