The holiday applies to all corporations and local councils. The government has issued a notification stating that all government offices will be completely shut.
Essential service providers will remain open to ensure the public does not face any inconvenience.
This decision aims to celebrate the national day with grandeur, while some institutions will remain open for public convenience.
