Islamabad: (RightNow) Pakistan People’s Party Vice President Sherry Rehman has filed 34 complaints regarding irregularities in the second phase of Azad Kashmir elections. She states that the Election Commission has taken no action on these complaints.
Sherry Rehman questioned on social media platform X whether anyone claimed that the People’s Party did not file any complaints. She expressed concern over the Election Commission’s silence.
According to her, no response has been received for the 34 complaints filed in the second phase. Sherry Rehman mentioned that a list of all complaints was provided to the Election Commission.
This issue has gained significance in political circles as it raises questions about the transparency of the elections. Sherry Rehman stated that the failure to address irregularities is detrimental to the democratic process.
