Karachi: (RightNow) Shan Masood has been ruled out of the second Test match. He will not participate in the match against West Indies.

Shan Masood suffered an injury to his finger after being hit by the ball. This incident occurred during the first Test match.

The Pakistan team management has stated that Shan Masood is undergoing treatment by the medical panel. Therefore, he will not be able to participate in the second Test.

Shan Masood will remain with the team during the tour. His inclusion in the England tour will be decided after rehabilitation.

It is noteworthy that West Indies defeated Pakistan by 90 runs in the first Test. The second Test will be played from August 2 to 6.
