Islamabad: (RightNow) Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Barrister Gohar announces a peaceful protest in Islamabad on September 27, not to conquer the city or break Adiala Jail’s gates, but to demand rights. He mentioned that there has been no meeting with the PTI founder for 320 days.

Speaking to the media in Rawalpindi, Barrister Gohar stated that Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s resources will not be used, and the convoy will be led by Chief Minister Suhail Afridi. He further emphasized the need for compliance with court orders.

Barrister Gohar clarified that they are not coming to break Adiala Jail’s gates but to seek justice. He stressed that their demands should be considered seriously, and the PTI founder should be shifted to a hospital for treatment.

He stated that PTI is a political party aiming for the country’s development. He noted that the protest was announced before the alliance of Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, and Turkey, and they have never created obstacles.

It is noteworthy that the PTI founder has been sentenced seven times and faces 300 cases. Barrister Gohar emphasized the need for the state to restore trust and provide medical facilities to the founder.
