Police revealed that both foreign tourists reached Musa Ka Musalla Peak without obtaining a No Objection Certificate (NOC). No safety arrangements were made for their visit.
Authorities stated that the tourists had agreed to descend separately on their return. A search operation is ongoing for the missing tourist, with assistance from local administration.
