New York: (RightNow) The United Nations Security Council has condemned the suicide attack outside a police station in Swat, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The attack has been labeled as heinous and cowardly.
Council members expressed condolences to the families of the deceased and the Government of Pakistan. They also wished for the speedy recovery of the injured.
The Security Council emphasized bringing those responsible for terrorist acts to justice. They appealed for cooperation from the Government of Pakistan.
