By the close of trading, the downward trend persisted, and the Hundred Index closed with a decrease of 718 points, settling at 171,021 points.
This decline has led to substantial losses for investors, causing concern among business circles.
It is noteworthy that the previous day, the stock exchange saw a drop of 2,690 points, closing the Hundred Index at 171,739 points.
