Karachi: (RightNow) The travel deadline for Umrah pilgrims without vaccination has been extended by 15 days. Pilgrims can now travel without vaccination until October 10. This has been confirmed by Dr. Syed Murtaza Shah Bukhari of the Federal Airport Health Department.

Dr. Murtaza Shah states that the extension aims to improve facilities for Umrah pilgrims. Five NADRA facilitation centers have been established at Karachi Airport to provide additional convenience to pilgrims.

Vaccination will commence next week at the Karachi Jacob Line Dispensary. This initiative is expected to increase the number of pilgrims.

Authorities have made this decision to facilitate pilgrims, giving them more time to complete their preparations.

It is noteworthy that the vaccination requirement for Umrah pilgrims was previously temporarily suspended to ease their travel.
