Pakistan, Russia, and Oman have started joint military exercises to enhance counter-terrorism training and strengthen defense cooperation.
Rawalpindi: (RightNow) Pakistan, Russia, and Oman have commenced joint military exercises. Exercise Druzhba 9 is taking place in Cherat, while Wushak Al Jabal 2 has started at the National Counter Terrorism Center in Pabbi.
According to ISPR, Pakistani, Russian, and Royal Omani military contingents are participating. These exercises will last two weeks, focusing on counter-terrorism training.
The Pakistan Army’s public relations department states these exercises offer an opportunity to exchange operational experiences and learn best practices.
The exercises aim to enhance the combat capabilities of participating forces, strengthening mutual defense cooperation.
It is noteworthy that these joint exercises are held to further enhance effective communication capabilities among the participating forces.
