Islamabad: (RightNow) Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar has contacted Kuwait’s Foreign Minister Sheikh Jarrah Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah via telephone. The leaders discussed bilateral relations and cooperation in areas of mutual interest between Pakistan and Kuwait.

The Foreign Office spokesperson stated that both ministers also exchanged views on regional situations and agreed to maintain close contact. Ishaq Dar and the Kuwaiti Foreign Minister decided to meet during the United Nations General Assembly session.

The strengthening ties between the two countries are expected to enhance regional stability, and this meeting will further solidify their relations.

It is noteworthy that Pakistan and Kuwait have always maintained cordial relations and have cooperated in various sectors.
