Karachi: (RightNow) Senior Provincial Minister Sharjeel Inam Memon criticizes MQM and PML federal ministers, calling them products of Form 47. He stated that these ministers are not true representatives of the people.

During a session of the Sindh Assembly, MQM member Quratulain presented a resolution for streetlights on highways. Memon remarked that highways are under federal control and the resolution should be presented in the National Assembly.

Memon highlighted the autonomy of provinces post the 18th Amendment and criticized federal ministers for their statements against it. He mentioned that the development of Jinnah Hospital is a result of this amendment.

He attributed provincial development to the 18th Amendment, stating that over 3,000 megawatts of electricity from Thar benefits the entire country.

It is noteworthy that Memon challenged federal ministers to discuss their objections to the 18th Amendment in Parliament. He urged them to be elected by public mandate before discussing national decisions.
