Mumbai: (RightNow) Bollywood actor Rajkummar Rao has stunned fans with his remarkable physical transformation for his film career. He gained 13 kg for his role in ‘Bose: Dead/Alive’ and later shed the weight.
On his 42nd birthday, Rajkummar Rao revealed that he lost about 10 kg after the film by skipping breakfast and lunch, relying solely on dinner and a protein-rich diet.
Rajkummar Rao engaged in daily 3-hour workouts, including cardio and strength training, to lose weight. He maintained strict dietary control even during festivals.
This physical transformation is crucial for his future roles, especially as he will portray former cricketer Sourav Ganguly in the biopic ‘Dada’. The film’s first look was released on Ganguly’s 54th birthday.
