Lahore: (RightNow) The funeral prayer for Jamaat-e-Islami Pakistan’s Secretary, Ameerul Azim, was held at Jamia Masjid Mansoorah. Leaders from Jamaat-e-Islami and various political and social figures attended the funeral.

The funeral prayer was led by Ameer Jamaat-e-Islami, Hafiz Naeem-ur-Rehman. A large number of people from different walks of life were present on the occasion.

Attendees praised Ameerul Azim’s services and prayed for his forgiveness. Police had made strict security arrangements.
