Mumbai: (RightNow) Preparations for the fourth installment of the popular Bollywood horror-comedy series ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa’ are in full swing. According to Indian media, producer Bhushan Kumar has started working on the film’s story.

Sources indicate that Anees Bazmee, who directed the last two parts, is being considered for the director’s role again. Kartik Aaryan has also agreed to be part of the film.

Anees Bazmee is currently busy shooting a new film with Akshay Kumar. Once he is free, the creative preparations for ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 4’ will be focused on.

The film’s shooting is expected to start in the second half of 2027, if all matters are settled. Fans of the film are eagerly awaiting its release.

It is noteworthy that the first part of ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa’ was released in 2007, featuring Akshay Kumar in the lead role. Later, Kartik Aaryan played the character of Rooh Baba, and both films were successful.
