Karachi: (RightNow) Police have presented a supplementary chargesheet in court against Anmol alias Pinky, accused of running a drug smuggling network. The case was initially registered in 2018 for drug possession.

The Additional District and Sessions Judge South heard the case. Police informed the court that the accused’s brother was acquitted on February 26, 2026. The accused had been absconding since 2018 and was arrested in a murder case by the Baghdadi police station.

Police further informed the court that the accused confessed during jail interrogation to operating a drug network. She revealed that in 2018, Maysar Ali, Nasir Ali, and Ainullah were transporting drugs and were arrested in Akhtar Colony.

The court was informed that 21 cases are registered against the accused in various police stations. Two accomplices, Maysar Ali and Ainullah, are absconding, with a case registered against them in the CTD police station in 2018.

It is noteworthy that in 2018, police uncovered Pinky’s network during an operation, leading to several subsequent actions.
