Washington: (RightNow) American tech billionaire Elon Musk has ordered the limitation of Starshield satellite communication services for Ukraine. This action has rendered some Ukrainian drones inoperative.

The Wall Street Journal reported on Tuesday, citing unnamed US officials. According to the report, Starshield limited the speed of Ukrainian devices, affecting drone performance.

Disagreements have emerged among US officials. Ukraine accused Washington of deliberately reducing the system’s speed. US President Donald Trump denied this allegation.

Elon Musk stated that the US military decides Starshield’s speed. US Secretary of State Marco Rubio said Washington was unaware of the decision to limit the service.
