Tharparkar: (RightNow) In Tharparkar’s Nagarparkar, Dano Dhandhal, an ambulance cylinder explosion claimed 8 lives. The incident also left 4 people injured.

According to the Assistant Commissioner, the explosion occurred while changing an oxygen cylinder in a PPHI ambulance at BHU Plus. The ambulance caught fire during the process.

The deceased include a pregnant woman, 2 attendants, and 4 hospital staff members. The injured have been transferred to Civil Hospital Mithi.

Authorities, rescue teams, and the health department promptly arrived at the scene. Investigations are ongoing, and further information is awaited.
