Karachi: (RightNow) Veteran actress Hina Dilpazeer expressed dissatisfaction over not receiving work based on merit in the industry. Recently, during a private TV program, she mentioned not getting offers for serious and quality scripts.

The actress revealed she is trying to understand the reason but remains puzzled. Hina stated that specific individuals from each channel participate in Eid programs.

Hina Dilpazeer remarked that the lobby system in the industry is very strong. She noted that every channel prefers their chosen people.

The actress expressed hope that a time will come when work will be based on merit. She said perhaps then she will also get an opportunity.
