Lahore: (RightNow) Pakistani actress Sabahat Bukhari revealed she endured a 30-year separation from her firstborn daughter. She shared this in an interview.

The actress explained her first marriage took place in Lahore, resulting in the birth of a daughter. After divorce, her ex-husband’s family separated her from her infant daughter. Despite legal efforts, she couldn’t meet her daughter.

According to the actress, her ex-husband’s family moved, making it impossible to trace her daughter. Her ex-husband told the daughter that her mother had passed away.

Sabahat Bukhari further stated that nearly 30 years later, after her ex-husband’s death, the family informed the daughter about her real mother. Subsequently, the daughter contacted her mother through social media.

It is noteworthy that social media enabled the mother and daughter to reunite after years, highlighting the importance of parent-child relationships.
