Ali Gul Pir shared in a TV program that he faced many challenges at the start of his career. He added that his songs mostly focus on social issues, differing from love and romance themes.

During the interview, Ali Gul Pir explained that he wrote ‘Vaderay Ka Beta’ based on his school experiences. In his school, sons of landlords also studied, often accompanied by guards.
