Shalini Pandey explained on Instagram that the woman shown in the viral video is not her. She claimed that the video was created using artificial intelligence (AI).

The actress expressed concern over the use of AI technology against women. She condemned this misuse and urged that it should not become a norm.

She requested users to report such videos instead of sharing or downloading them. This action can help prevent further spread of the video.

It is noteworthy that incidents of defaming celebrities through fake AI-generated videos are increasing. Previously, Alia Bhatt, Kajol, and Katrina Kaif have also been targeted.
