Islamabad: (RightNow) Defense Minister Khawaja Asif has accused PTI of seeking an NRO (National Reconciliation Ordinance) for its leader. He stated that PTI’s founder has received extraordinary relief from the judiciary.

In his statement, Khawaja Asif mentioned that the same individual previously demanded the imprisonment of other politicians. Now, he is requesting a transfer from jail to a hospital.

Khawaja Asif further added that demands were made to imprison political opponents. Now, the self-proclaimed strongman is seeking medical facilities.

He said PTI should address the contradictions in its narrative before celebrating the judicial decision. There is no objection to providing medical facilities to PTI’s founder.

It is noteworthy that Khawaja Asif prayed for the PTI founder’s recovery, while the government has decided to approach the Supreme Court.
