Tehran: (RightNow) Rear Admiral Ali Azmaei of the IRGC Navy states that Iran maintains full control over the Strait of Hormuz. He emphasizes that Iranian naval forces closely monitor all movements.

Rear Admiral Ali Azmaei informed Tasnim News Agency that no movement in the Strait of Hormuz escapes the watchful eyes of the Iranian Navy. He further stated that attention should be focused on ground realities rather than US declarations.

The Iranian commander mentioned that there is no set date for a ceasefire, and the question of extension does not arise. Iran insists that no vessel can pass through the Strait of Hormuz without permission.

Ibrahim Azizi, head of the Iranian Parliament’s National Security Committee, stated that a proposed ground operation against Iran was thwarted at the outset. He declared that the US will not be spared until complete defeat.

It is noteworthy that the IRGC has been authorized to conduct attacks on enemy territory. Iranian military units, with local forces’ assistance, successfully repelled the ground attack.
