Karachi: (RightNow) Jibran Nasir, lawyer for Mir Raza’s father, states that those revealing facts in the Mir Raza case are being targeted. The meeting included Mir Raza’s parents, sister, and lawyer Jibran Nasir.

A meeting chaired by DIG Crime and Investigation Amir Farooqi took place today. Jibran Nasir mentioned that criticizing Dr. Sumaiya is unjust.

Jibran Nasir further stated that the medical board was established by court order. The Sindh government corrected its mistake and redirected the investigation.

Mir Raza’s father expressed satisfaction with the progress. The case has now entered a crucial phase, and there is hope for justice.

It is noteworthy that the IG Sindh has stated the case is sensitive. The new investigation team has been instructed to maintain open communication with the affected family and media.
