Riyadh: (RightNow) Saudi Arabia’s Foreign Minister Faisal bin Farhan announces a defense pact between Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, and Turkey, aimed at enhancing regional peace. He states that the agreement will have positive effects across the region.

The Saudi Foreign Minister further explains that this joint defense agreement reflects the strong and stable relations between Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, and Turkey. He emphasizes that the pact is intended to protect peace and stability under a shared political commitment.

Faisal bin Farhan describes the agreement, known as the Mecca Agreement, as a significant milestone. He highlights that it represents joint efforts to safeguard peace and stability in the region.

Under the agreement, an attack on one country will be considered an attack on all three nations. This is expected to improve the security situation in the region.

It is noteworthy that Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, Pakistan’s Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, and Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan have signed this defense pact.
