Dera Ghazi Khan: (RightNow) Torrential rains in the tribal areas of Dera Ghazi Khan, Punjab, have caused rivers to overflow. Residents are forced to evacuate to safer locations.

In Dera Ghazi Khan’s tribal regions, the water levels in seasonal rivers have dangerously risen. The Yakbai Road and Darg Lehri River are experiencing flood-like conditions.

The Deputy Commissioner stated that the Taunsa Musa Khel Road at Gungiali is submerged. The water level in the Indus River is also rising.

In Sargodha, heavy rains have caused rivers to overflow and streams to flood. The influx of water has damaged fields and residential areas.

It is noteworthy that in Mansehra, the Saif-ul-Malook Lake Road is closed due to rain, cutting off land access. Residents face shortages of food and petroleum products.
