Mumbai: (RightNow) Bollywood veteran actor Jitendra reveals that his Pali Hill bungalow, once considered unlucky, is now his most valuable investment. He shared with Indian media that he bought the bungalow for ₹4.25 lakh.

Bharat Bhushan offered to sell the bungalow to Jitendra during financial difficulties. At that time, Jitendra lived with his family in a small room, making the purchase significant for him.

After the purchase, Jitendra’s four films failed, leading him to consider the bungalow unlucky and abandon it. However, years later, a developer proposed to redevelop the property.

Jitendra stated that the use of Burma teak wood in construction tripled the bungalow’s value. It has become the most valuable investment of his life.

It is noteworthy that Jitendra’s bungalow is now valued at ₹450 crore, proving to be a precious asset in his life.
