London: (RightNow) Senior Pakistani diplomat Tipu Usman has assumed his role as Pakistan’s new High Commissioner to the United Kingdom in London. This appointment took place on July 20, 2026.

With the leadership of Pakistan’s diplomatic mission in London, Tipu Usman faces the challenge of addressing sensitive issues between Pakistan and the UK. These include the extradition of Shabbir Ahmed.

Tipu Usman previously served as the Chief of State Protocol in Islamabad. His extensive diplomatic experience could play a crucial role in strengthening Pakistan-UK relations.
