According to Iranian media, these statements emerged during meetings with President Masoud Pezeshkian, Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf, and the head of the judiciary. Secretary of the Supreme National Security Council, Major General Mohsen Rezaei, was also present.

In a meeting with President Pezeshkian, the Supreme Leader discussed basic public needs, war impacts, and economic relations. They also talked about better management of energy resources.

President Pezeshkian emphasized the need for immediate action to prevent gas and electricity outages during winter. He highlighted the importance of reforms in energy usage.
