Mohsin Naqvi criticizes Maulana Fazl-ur-Rehman’s anti-state remarks, indicating no state job for him.
Islamabad: (RightNow) Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi has strongly criticized Maulana Fazl-ur-Rehman’s speech in the National Assembly, stating that after his anti-state remarks, he will not be offered any state employment. Naqvi mentioned that Maulana’s respect has diminished.
Naqvi addressed the Senate, clarifying that Maulana Fazl-ur-Rehman falsely claimed that a defense agreement was being made with Iran, which was not the case. The Prime Minister has given me a special task.
In the National Assembly, Maulana Fazl-ur-Rehman pointed towards Defense Minister Khawaja Asif, claiming a defense agreement was happening in Iran while the Defense Minister was present here. His comments were met with laughter in the assembly.
It is noteworthy that on October 26, a meeting of the Mecca Defense Alliance was held in Tehran, attended by Saudi Defense Minister Khalid bin Salman and Pakistan’s Army Chief, among other key figures.
Mohsin Naqvi further stated that due to JUI’s continuous comments, he no longer holds respect for Maulana. He advised critics to develop the ability to listen to responses.
