Yemen: (RightNow) Yemeni government forces have launched a major operation against the Houthis. This operation is named ‘Fajr al-Yemen’.

The forces have announced that they have regained control of key locations near Dhubab and Bab al-Mandeb.

A Yemeni military spokesperson stated that government forces are advancing in Bab al-Mandeb, while the Houthis have denied these claims.

The Saudi-led coalition has targeted 324 locations with the help of 100 fighter jets.

It is noteworthy that due to its strategic importance, Bab al-Mandeb is crucial for global maritime trade.
