Rawalpindi: (RightNow) DG ISPR Lieutenant General Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry states Pakistan is ready to take all possible measures for Saudi Arabia’s defense. He emphasizes that Saudi Arabia’s security is Pakistan’s top priority.

Lieutenant General Ahmed Sharif reveals that Pakistan and Saudi Arabia share emotional and historical ties. Strategic defense agreements exist between the two nations, and Pakistan is actively assisting Saudi Arabia.

Pakistan’s political and military leadership maintains full communication with Saudi leadership. He asserts that Pakistan will defend Saudi Arabia against any aggression, with an unconditional commitment.

Regarding Afghanistan, he mentions Pakistan expects the Afghan Taliban to adhere to the Doha Agreement. Afghan soil should not be used for terrorism prevention.

It is noteworthy that Pakistan has adopted a policy of not negotiating with terrorists. DG ISPR claims India is sponsoring terrorism in Balochistan.
